Information:

As required by ORC 3313.666, twice a year, school districts are required to provide the president of the board of education with a written summary of all reported harassment, intimidation and bullying incidents, as well as post the written summary on the district website. 
 
Bullying can be defined as a person being  "exposed, repeatedly and over time, to negative actions on the part of one or more other persons, and having difficulty defending himself or herself."
 
During the first semester of the 2023-24 school year there were a total of 5 incidents of harassment, bullying, intimidation at Anthony Wayne.
  • 4 separate incidents where a student made a threat toward other students that required disciplinary action.
  • 2 incidents where 2 students harassed another student that required disciplinary action.
During the second semester of the 2023-24 school year there were a total of 4 incidents of harassment, bullying, intimidation at Anthony Wayne.
  • 2 separate incidents occurred where a student made a threat toward another student that required disciplinary action.
  •  1 incident involved a student that sent an inappropriate email to a staff member that required disciplinary action.
  • 1 incident involved another student who harassed, as well as intimidated another student, which required disciplinary action.
