Anthony Wayne Artist in Residence

Under the guidance of FCS elementary art teacher Karen Roberts, each and every Anthony Wayne student participated in a Muse Artist in Residence program where students colorfully designed plastic shapes of triangles and rhombuses of varying sizes with symbols from several cultures that also included their own creative designs.  The completed color sculpture was recently installed and parent volunteer, Lori Fletcher, stated "My favorite part of the entire experience was watching the looks on every single kid's face when they got the first glimpse of the finished project. There wasn't a single kid who wasn't in awe'.  Karen Roberts stated, "As a community working together, we can create a beautiful environment".
