Art Show - Miamisburg
FHS students to participate in annual art show
Miamisburg Art Gallery will host its 30th annual student show March 6-March 28, showcasing work by students from Carlisle, Franklin, John Lazares Alternative School, Madison, Miamisburg, Monroe, Springboro, Valley View, and Waynesville. Twenty-four FHS students will enter their artwork.
The gallery has planned extended hours during the show: Sundays, 1 to 5 p.m,; Monday through Thursday, 5:30 to 8 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays, Noon to 8 p.m. Due to COVID restrictions, there will be no opening reception.
First through fourth place prizes will be awarded in still-life, portrait, landscape, computer-generated art, figurines, animals, dimensional art, and geometric design/other.
Franklin Night at the show is Wed., March 24, 5:30 to 8 p.m.
The gallery is located at 16 N. Main Street, Miamisburg.
