ANTHON WAYNE CHILI COOK-OFF RULES
Tuesday, October 15, 2019

**All chili must be prepared at home and brought to school in a Crockpot.**
1. Each participant must produce one large Crockpot of the chili of their choice.
2. Each participant must supply all toppings and sides that go with their chili.
3. All chili entries must be brought to school by 4:30pm.
4. Each chili entry will be judged in four categories: taste, consistency, aroma, and color.
5. Each chili entry will be assigned a number and judging will be accomplished through a blind-taste test.
6. For the popular vote, the PTO will provide $1.00 bowls and spoons to the general public so they can sample the chili entries.
7. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, as well as a popular vote.
8. Winners will be announced at approximately 7:10pm and prizes awarded.
9. Each participant is responsible for clean-up of their space at the end of the cook-off.
