Franklin High School will present its annual Veterans Day Program on Thursday, Nov. 10, in the FHS McDade Auditorium. The program begins at 9 a.m. Veterans and active military who would like to attend are encouraged to arrive by 8:45 a.m.
 
The keynote speaker is Judge Gary A. Loxley, who serves as a judge on the Warren County Court in Lebanon, Ohio. He began his legal career as an officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 1988. Judge Loxley began his military career as an 18-year-old private serving as a combat engineer in the Ohio Army National Guard. He received a direct commission in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 1987, and after 36 years of service, Judge Loxley retired in 2018 as a colonel.
