FHS students in annual young artist show. FHS students Alisa Raney, Mackenzie Faulkner, and Bella Purdy were among students whose work was recently displayed at the Middletown Art Center's annual youth art exhibition, "Tomorrow's Artist Today." The juried show, which displays only a selection of the works that are submitted, is open to artists aged 13-18 and who live within a 50-mile radius of Middletown. Artwork is two-dimensional and done in a variety of media: oil, acrylics, watercolor, drawing, mixed media, and photography. Bella Purdy's work "Wolf" won an honorable mention. Stephanie Strong is the FHS art instructor.
