FHS Homecoming: Guest Application

FHS Homecoming Guest Form 

If you plan on bringing a guest (non-Franklin student) to homecoming, the Guest Application (linked below) form MUST be filled out first and a picture of their drivers license/ID is required.
 
All forms and photo IDs must be returned to Mrs. Rudy  at erudy@frankincityschools.com to be approved BEFORE purchasing tickets.
 
Tickets will go on sale this weekend, 100% online. Tickets are $20 each.
